Newcastle Cathedral’s Art Trail: Light At The End Of The Tunnel
Multiminded were commissioned to create a projection mapping installation for Newcastle Cathedral’s Art Trail: Light At The End Of The Tunnel, a new light and sound festival. Jim chose the crypt for this light and sound piece projection mapping against the far wall. Multiminded are thrilled to have been invited back for an updated version of this installation in February 2024. We will be sharing the video on here after the event.
Hadrian 1900 At Milecastle 3 At The Cumberland
Hadrian 1900 was a projection mapping at the site of what was originally a Roman milecastle in Newcastle. The commission by Ouseburn Trust & The Community Foundation was part of the Hadrian’s Wall 1900 Beacon / Jubilee series of events which took place across Northumberland.
Toffee Factory 10
Toffee Factory 10 was a huge outdoor projection mapping piece on two buildings and a connecting bridge for the 10th anniversary of The Toffee Factory, a landmark development in the creative quarter in Newcastle. It was commissioned by the Toffee Factory and Newcastle Council.
Multiminded have also collaborated with illustrator Deborah Snell at Hoults Yard for the Late Shows and animated her work for two music videos for Hector Gannet and Nel Unlit. The former music promo was recently selected for the Sunderland Short Film Festival official selection.
